Vacancy Details:

1. Project Manager – Social Inclusion & Social Development (PM – SISD)

• No. of Posts: 1

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any subject from a recognized university/institution.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Rural Development projects, social inclusion, community development, or related fields.

• Desirable: Familiarity with government policies, MIS knowledge, and experience in rural projects.

2. Project Manager – Food, Nutrition, Health & Wash

• No. of Posts: 1

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Science, Public Health, Home Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, or related field; or a Bachelor's Degree with additional experience.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in health, nutrition, or rural development.

• Desirable: Knowledge of government health programs, experience in rural communities, and MIS skills.

3. Project Manager – Panchayati Raj Institutions & Community-Based Organizations

• No. of Posts: 1

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month

• Educational Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Public Administration, Rural Development, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in governance, rural development, or community-based projects.

• Desirable: Knowledge of government schemes, experience in multi-stakeholder coordination, and MIS skills.

4. Project Manager – Community Building & Compliance

• No. of Posts: 1

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in cooperative organization governance and financial compliance.

• Desirable: Knowledge of income tax regulations, banking compliance, and MIS proficiency.

5. Project Manager – Human Resource Management

• Age Limit: 35 years

• Salary: Rs. 46,800/- per month

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR management with regional/multi-site operations.

• Desirable: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HR software.

6. Project Manager – Information Technology
