MSRLS Recruitment 2025: Block Mission Management Unit Openings

The Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS) has announced fresh recruitment for various posts under the Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU). The vacancies are open to citizens of Meghalaya, and applications must be submitted online through the official website msrls.nic.in.

The application window will open at 10:00 AM on 26th August 2025 and close at 5:00 PM on 15th September 2025.

Available Positions

1. Block Project Manager – Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (BPM-SVEP)

• Total Posts: 6 (Garo Region – 2 | Khasi Region – 4)

• Remuneration: ₹39,000/- per month

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any subject with Mathematics till Class XII

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in business/producer organisations, rural development, or SVEP-related projects

• Preference: Management/Commerce/Engineering background, strong business and numerical skills

• Age Limit: Within 35 years

2. Project Executive – Farm Livelihoods Promotion (PE-FLP)

• Total Posts: 4 (Garo Region)

• Remuneration: ₹31,200/- per month

• Qualification: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or AH & Veterinary

• Experience: 0–1 year in farm livelihoods projects/enterprise promotion

• Skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, field training ability

• Age Limit: Within 30 years

3. Block Accountant

• Total Posts: 10 (Garo Region – 4 | Khasi Region – 6)

• Remuneration: ₹31,200/- per month

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts and financial management, knowledge of Tally

• Age Limit: Within 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST)

4. Block MIS Coordinator

• Total Posts: 13 (Garo Region – 7 | Khasi Region – 6)

• Remuneration: ₹26,000/- per month

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Technology, Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or related fields

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in MIS/Data Management, ERP/BI tools, troubleshooting & support

• Skills: MS Office, Google Suite, data analysis & reporting

• Age Limit: Within 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST)

Important Information

• All posts are contractual and involve extensive tours and night stays in rural Meghalaya.

• Only candidates with a strong commitment to rural service should apply.

• Selection will involve a multi-stage process: preliminary exam, group discussion, skill test, and other assessments as required.

• The preliminary examination will be held in Shillong.
