MSSDS Recruitment 2025: Walk-In Interviews and Application-Based Posts Announced

The Meghalaya State Skill Development Society (MSSDS), under the Department of Labour, Employment & Skill Development, Government of Meghalaya, has issued recruitment notifications for several contractual positions. The opportunities are spread across Shillong, East Khasi Hills, Ri-Bhoi, Jowai, and Tura.
The recruitment process is divided into two categories: Walk-In Interviews and Application-Based Posts.
Walk-In Interviews
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager
Remuneration: ₹39,000 – ₹46,800 plus allowances
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Rural Development, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Monitoring and Research
Preferred Skills: SQL, Python, ODK, reporting and communication
Date & Time: 30 August 2025, 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Venue: MSSDS Conference Room, Grove Site Building, 3rd Floor, Keating Road, Shillong
Personal Assistant to Executive Director
Remuneration: ₹22,100 plus allowances (HRA, Internet, Mobile)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Age: 21 to 30 years
Responsibilities: Office management, correspondence, file maintenance, meeting coordination, drafting letters, minutes of meetings
Date & Time: 1 September 2025, registration from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, interview from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Venue: MSSDS Conference Room, Grove Site Building, 3rd Floor, Keating Road, Shillong
Application-Based Posts (Deadline: 5 September 2025, 5:00 PM)
HR & Learning Development Manager
Remuneration: ₹33,800 (extendable up to ₹46,800)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR and Learning & Development
Training & Placement Manager
Remuneration: ₹33,800 (extendable up to ₹46,800)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in training and placement activities
Skill Development Officer (East Khasi Hills/Ri-Bhoi)
Remuneration: ₹33,800 plus allowances
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Rural Development, Social Work, Cooperative Management, HR, or Adult Education
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in skill development or rural development
Assistant Manager – Operations
Remuneration: ₹31,200 plus allowances
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or Operations Management
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations, administration, logistics, or MIS
Program Associates (Shillong, Jowai, Ri-Bhoi, Tura)
Remuneration: ₹22,100 (extendable to ₹32,100)

General Program Support
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the relevant sector (development, M&E, communications, training)
Key Instructions
All positions are contractual for a period of one year, extendable based on performance and eligibility.
Candidates must bring original documents for walk-in interviews.
Applications for non-walk-in posts must be submitted to the MSSDS office, Shillong, by 5 September 2025 at 5:00 PM.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.
Shortlisted candidates for application-based posts will be informed subsequently.
