MPSC Meghalaya Recruitment 2024: 21 Vacancies for Stenographer Grade-III Posts

Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has announced the recruitment of 21 Stenographer Grade-III positions for various departments under the government of Meghalaya. Eligible candidates are invited to apply through the official online application process.

• Post Name: Stenographer Grade-III

• Total Vacancies: 21 (UR: 2, KJ: 8, Garo: 10, OST/SC: 1)

• Salary: Pay Level 8 of the Revised Pay Structure

• Age Limit:

  • 18 to 32 years as of 01.01.2024.

  • Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

  • No age limit for regular government employees who entered service within the prescribed age limit.

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 80 words per minute (W.P.M.) speed in shorthand.
