The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) is excited to announce the recruitment of eligible candidates for its Internship Program tailored for Farm Managers in Agro-Based Cooperative Societies. Applications must be submitted by 5th November 2024.

Internship Program Overview:

• Program Title: Internship for Farm Managers in Agro-Based Cooperative Societies

• Total Positions: 19

• Vacancy Breakdown:

  • West Garo Hills: 10 Positions

  • South Garo Hills: 5 Positions

  • North Garo Hills: 5 Positions

  • East Garo Hills: 4 Positions

  • Southwest Garo Hills: 5 Positions

• Duration: 6 Months

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.

• Stipend:

  • ₹15,000 per month for Bachelor’s Degree holders

  • ₹18,000 per month for Master’s Degree holders

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A graduate or postgraduate degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Horticulture, or related fields.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be residents of Meghalaya.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to new situations, and show initiative and creativity is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required.
